Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive for Spectacle Sales, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of eyewear products to customers ( Eyewear Showrooms and Eye clinics / Hospitals) . Your primary objective will be to drive sales and achieve revenue targets while providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:

1. Sales Generation:

· Proactively engage with customers to understand their eyewear needs and recommend suitable products.

· Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our product range, including lens options, frame materials, and style preferences.

· Utilize effective sales techniques to influence customer purchasing decisions and upsell additional products or accessories.

2. Customer Service:

· Deliver personalized service to each customer, ensuring their needs are met and their shopping experience is positive.

· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and product returns in a professional and timely manner.

· Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

3. Product Knowledge:

· Stay updated on industry trends, new product releases, and technological advancements in eyewear.

· Educate customers on the features and benefits of different eyewear products, including lens coatings, tints, and specialty options.

· Assist customers in selecting frames that complement their facial features, style preferences, and prescription requirements.


4. Sales Administration:

· Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, including customer information, product details, and payment methods.

· Process orders efficiently and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

· Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies for maximizing sales opportunities and achieving business objectives.


  • Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the eyewear or optical industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and build rapport.
  • Excellent product knowledge and a passion for eyewear fashion and trends.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
